我姐姐１１ 月申请了H1， 因为听说现在审批特别慢， 就办了加急（现在后悔死了），处理倒是加快了，可是收到RFE了。 因为我姐姐的license３月３０日到期(是每年renew的)，可是申请的H1 starting date从５月１号开始，所以USCIS要求我姐在２月２８日之前给提供"evidence to show them the license that will be valid at the time that the H1-B will commence。"可 是License renew 只能提前４５天submit，那就是最早２月１５号才能submit，而且因为政府的网络正在更新，所以处理特别慢，通常要２－３个月才能下来。在收到正 式的renewed license之前，政府网站给出的通知说，可以print out一张PDF告示， 附在过期的license就可以继续工作。但是因为它的措辞用的是"MAY". "This notice, attached to your expired annual registration certificate, MAY serve as temporary proof that you are authorized to practice in Texas until you receive your new annual registration certificate." 也不知道USCIS是否接受.
我和我姐姐轮番给政府部门写信，打电话留言，无奈目前没人理我们.
１。 有没有可能写信要求延长回复RFE的时间期限？如果可以，需要提交什么？可以延长多少时间？
２。如果交了renew license费用并且拿到收据，并且print out那个notice，USCIS会不会接受呢？
加急费是白交了，只希望H1别被拒了才好。 多谢老师指教。
