Urgent, 8 laoshi help! jmailbox2012-01-04 14:58:02

My EB1A based i485 has been pending 9 months, as required, i already payed 485 application fee and biometric fee at the beginning, but today i got Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill from National Visa Center to ask me $794 as visa processing fee. I am confused, do i need to pay this even i already payed the 1485 application fee? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
