今天刚收到退回的申请，原因如下：
If you are claiming language skills and neither English nor French is your native language, you must:
Provide language assessmemt by a designated institute or organizatioin.
OR
Provide other evdience in writing of your proficiency in those languages. This materials should include:
1.a written submission explaining your traning in English or French;
2.an explanation of how you commonly use English or French;
3.official documentation of education in English or French; and
4.offiical documentation of work experience in English or French
(Both 1 and 2 was highlighted by the person who review my application)
I got master in US and submit copy of diploma with original transcript.
Also they didn't return reference letter of working experience, proof of funds(bank statement and certified letter) and police certificates and clearances.
In the return letter, there is hand writiing "when+where you learned to speak English"
What should I do next?
resubmit applicaion with a letter explaining my traning in English?
Do I still need prepare letter of workingexperience and bank statement and police certificates?
Did they lost part of my application?
