9月收到RFE
9月回复REF
今天查询，发现突然跳到
12月22日说case reopened
在此之前没有任何的消息，包括任何decision

问题在于，我没有transfer H1B；这是我第一次申请H1B，在此之前也没有受到任何
decision。我也就职在同一家公司；没有变化。刚刚经理还在和我们开会。
也没有收到任何HR的东西，奇怪。
请大家帮忙看看，这个是什么怪异的情况？
