公民给父母申请绿卡，I-485要求：If you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa(s) from a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad within the last year, submit a photocopy of the page(s) of your passport containing the visa(s). 

问题：

1。 如果Visa 是两年前申请的，那就不用给了是吗？

2。 除此以外，不需要提供护照copy 吗？
