I have some questions when applying Green card for my mom:

1. for form G-325A: We only know the year when my mom's parents were born. We cannot find the exact month and day my mom's parents were born. What shall I do?

2. for I864: I remember teacher said we need to provide IRS transcripts for the past three years (maybe my memory is wrong). I just notice that in I864, it is in bold font saying attach the photocopy of transcript of my Federal tax return for "only the most recent tax year".

So, it should be ok for me to include my 2012 Federal Tax Transcript, right?
