老公替我申期绿卡的绿卡，8月1号递交的，同时递交了EAD, 今天收到ead 退回的信，并附有写给他们的check，其他的check他们都要了，原信如下：
“recently you submitted an application for immigration benefits, that form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application,your check is being returned to you with notice. no additional action by you is required at this time"
这是指申期ead不需要缴费用呢，还是我们提交的不是时候，还是申期被拒绝了？
