I got a job and my boss will apply a H-1 for me. Could anyone tell me what documents should I prepare for the H-1 application? I want to prepare them ahead during this waiting time. In addition, if my boss apply the H-1 by a fast approve way, when could I get the the new Visa? Thanks.
