PERM不幸被audit了，让提供documentation
现在有一个问题
Notice of filing 上的rate of pay 写的就是prevailing wage的数目，并且注明employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage
9089表上 offered wage是比prevailing 高 6000
这个有没有关系
我的律师说没关系，但是我看BALCA上面说是notice of filing 上的wage不能比offered wage底
请两位老师指教
