我是想办理eb1a快速审理，提交I-140和I-907并同时交费，然后所有材料都是纸质提交，不准备e-file I-140。（这样是不是可以？）
我在网上找了一个模板，应该是eb1a申请的cover letter，因为信开始有如下内容

现在我不明白下面内容的第一点，为什么I-140后面加括弧(NIW)，NIW和eb1a不是两种不同的申请类型吗，另外，I-797C是什么，多谢。
