我2月份要回国，回美国时要H1B VISA. 我需要把H1B approval notice 给consular officer看。
现在我的情况是这样的。我有2个公司的approval notice，I-797A（original copy)在手上。一个是前公司的，
今年用前公司申请H1B，但是后来在1O月1日生效前被laid off,后来找到新公司H1B就转到新公司。 另一个I-797A 是current employer.
1. I-797A notices of actions 上说要把那个下面那个上面“H1B petitioner valid from....until..... 的for personal record”
can be used in applying in the new visa.
我是否把2个公司的I-797A 上面的for personal record 的那个信息都交给 consular officer，还是只要交current employer 的I-797A？
是交复印件还是原件？
2. 签证时是否也要交I-797C.我没有前公司的I-797C，是否需要向前公司一份copy？
3. 网上还有一个要求是 “Original letters from current and previous employers detailing your position and projects
you worked on and how long you worked with your employers。”
这个是不是 offer letter 和job description？ 是否要求 current employer 出个文件说我在那里工作多久了？
一定要我一起的公司出这些我文件吗？我以前工作的公司因为用CPT工作没有offer letter，就没有办法出文件了。
4. 还有一条是"If you are currently working and holding H-1B status, please submit your pay slips for the current calendar year
and your Federal tax returns (IRS Form 1040 and W-2) for all the years in which you have been employed in the United States."
其中有一年我有W-2和 1099，是否也要把1099 一起交上。 因为IRS form上报的收入是包括1099上的income的。
