尊敬的8老师，父母移民，同时面签同时通过，至今没收到父亲护照， 三问2016-02-04 00:18:35

我发了两次邮件，回复都是：

As per our records, you are able to collect your passport at the Delivery location you chose upon scheduling your appointment. If you have not picked up the passport, please contact us back immediately. 

Kindly note that we have closed the case as the issue is now resolved.

8老师，我怎么办啊？他们已经把case关了，我网上查询，说是护照已经被签收了。但只签收了一份啊。

 

你知道他们电话吗？不会寄丢吧？
