我LG在四月拿到EB1A绿卡，之前已结婚五年，他在140上已经加了我，但是由于我回国一年，没有和他一起交485，目前我已经来美满三个月，打算近期递交485，但是有两个问题需要请教：
1) On I-485, which application type I should choose.
a)An immigration petition giving me an immediately available visa number that has been approved
b)My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status and granted
2)which lockbox I should send my applicaiton to, Chicago or Dallas?
