如果改用美国公民父母申请移民 --- First preference: Unmarried, adult sons and daughters of U.S. Citizens, and their children. (Adult means 21 or older) 会快很多。
请问，这样的情况，是否可以改成公民父母申请移民， 如何改，填什么表。先谢谢各位专家。
