The processing date at TSC is now January 7 2004 for I-140. I submitted my petition on December 16, but I have not recevied any response from the center. I know a lot of applicants who submitted later than I did have already received approval. What's wrong with my case? Please help to analyze my case. I submitted a NIW petition. 4 months later, I submitted I-485. Any comments are appreciated.
