It was announced yesterday that PERM had passed the review of OMB. Anybody has the idea when the perm specifics will be published since I need to decide whether to go ahead with the current RIR ad recruitment or wait till the publication of PERM? My attorney said it is still possible to file the LC/RIR within the grace period of PERM. However, I doubt it since I have not start the ad yet? Is it true that the PERM will be published on Jan. 1, 2005? Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
