Has anyone got any comments from your lawyers about the new memorandum from INS about the processing of 140/485 cocurrent cases, in which service centers don't have to stick to cocurrent process of 140 and 485??. This is supposed to speed up 140 review. Escepially good news for us poor people who have to file in NSC. If anyone has updated information about this, would you share? Thanks
