Hi, friends, hope somebody can clarify something for me. I will co-file 140/485 with my hu*****and as his dependent within one month or two, and I will get my own H1B this summer. I was told that I can apply AP together with 140, 485, and then I can use AP to go back to china while 140, 485 are pending because I am dependent, it doesn't cause me as much risk as for my hu*****and. Is this true? If this is true, do I still need to carry my H1B document together with AP for the travel? Please share your experience or any advice, appreciate!!
