I submited my H-1 B application on September 22, 2004. Haven't received anything yet. I checked the USCIS website, it only shows when they received it. They have a note that the case will be processed between 30 to 120 days. It's only one more week to 120 days. Does anyone file at the end of September, but did not get it? Do they process the case more than 120 days, or exactly 120 days? Thanks!
