extension approved without requiring to leave States to get a stamp? Please help on my situation.My hu*****and h1b extension petition was delayed because the prevailing wage problem in HR .Therefore the I-94 has been expired for 10 days(while the time to close the expired date, I required to switch my h1b to F2 but because I am working on pHd in the same university and the same person who takes care of H1b petition and F2, so he did not wish to help us on H1b to F2, in contrast, ask me to await H1b).So under this situation,Can he get the his H1b extension approved? should he go back to China? Can he have a choice to go the Canada to get stamp?
