NIW denied from vermont center rz2005-02-05 15:57:36

after three times update,my NIW from VSC was denied.Actually ,it is I-485,no news from I140.I think the deny of I140 will follow.
I think my experice might be helpful to someone and I really am thankful to everyone in this website.I come here very often for more than three years but I seldom write my words here.
My background is MD/Ph.D from china,postdoc in a universirty ranked about thirty.I submitted my NIW in 08/2003,finger print 10/2004.7 referance.I have a lawyer who said I would have no problem.At most I would need some more reference,but no possibility of deny.
I think my backdround is not strong and not weak.Maybe I made a mistake to choose NIW.
I will appeal and apply OR at same time .
