We are international students who have a kid who can not apply for a Social Security Number. We wonder if our son could apply for a Tax ID number so that we could get some money back. Otherwise, we have to pay some money to IRS even though we have very low income. If yes, how could we do it? If not, we are going to lose a lot. Thanks in advance!
