How long I can get FP notice wait485 文学城

My I-140(NIW) got approved in Nov 2004. I submitted 1-485 to TSC in Dec 2004. I am wondering how long it actually takes to receive FP notice? USCI websites says 1-485 processing time is Jan 2003, which means I have to wait 2 years. Is that true in reality?
