where to get J-1 waiver Waiting2005-02-28 19:49:21

Hi!
I got PhD here in US on F-1 visa. I got an offer for a postdoc and
they can only support J-1. I heard that I need waiver if I need to
apply for green card with a J-1 status. But I have never worked back
in China, so where do I get the waiver?
