Chicago, IL
My attorney ask my employer to get the Job Order # from SWA. To get the
number, my employer has created an account on illinoicskillsmatch.com
(seems this is the place for IL applicants to get the job order #
according to my attroney---IF SOME ONE HAS DEFERENT ANSWER, PLS
INDICATE!!!)
According to my job description, I need a "mater + 0 experience". But
if you only required a mater degree, there are more than 700 "matches"
from the system and a job order # is not going to be issued if there
are more than 500 matches. We called illinoisskilssmatch.com and was
told that there is nothing to do about this but specify some skills and
put a level from"0-1 years experience" to "more than 5 years" to narrow
down matches.
I called my lawyer again and he gives a red light on adding any skills
with experience. He said Master Degree in a specific major is the only
thing we required or the Job Order # is useless.
So here is a deadlock which bothers me a lot....any one has a simlar
odd situation and how you get it solved??!!!

Thanks
