I-140 Approved
485 receipt notice at 12/28/2004, still pending, Work base. But lost job, No payroll, H-1 still valid to 2006.
In this case, if Immigration office not ask emplyeement letter, can I get Green card? 对以后申请公民有何影响？除找工作外有什么措施？
