我仔细看了一下新的通知,比较确信的是I485 for family based, I131 for family based该送到CHICAGO, employment based (NIW, EB1..) still send to service center where their I485 pending. 可AP就不那么肯定了,有谁4/1后送的又批了的请告一声.
我老婆的EAD/AP去年12月底送到VSC, 三个星期批了. 那时就有通知告知12/1后FAMILY-BASED, certain states should send to Chicago. Just saw new notice, similar to the one from last year, just add more states to the list. So confused. Here is part of the notices:
