I140 和 I485 同时递交于02/16/2005(RD,Texas center). I140于05/6/2005得到approved.其间未收到任何有关fingerprint的通知.今天收到USCIS的正式I140 approved notice. 但在此notice上让提交I485.My attorney said只需写信告诉USCIS I485 已交,并提及case number 既可.请教过来人们,this situation is normal or something wrong?一般何时会通知fingerprint, 这样的情况I485会不会作为分开递交而pending很长时间才会得到approved?谢谢!
