我是H1, 加拿大PR, 几天前去加拿大办美签证, 因不想继续在美工作, 申请B2签证, 被拒签. 在签证之前收件人员取下我的H1 I-94并还给我. 凭着H1 I-94我又回到美国. 请大家帮我看看我现在还是H1吗? 如我再去办H1会有问题吗?
