Hi dear everone,
I just got a job offer and want to figure out the procedure for H1B application. My potential employer is not a big company, from our conversition, they know nothing about H1B.
So could you guys who applied H1B before, tell me what documents do I need to provide, what do the employer need to provide, what procedures should we follow, how much fee is invloved, so that I can tell the HR of the company.
I am also hesitating if I should make this all clear before I accept the offer or after. What you guys think?
