美，苏，中等大国都进行过在核战条件下的军事演习，部队要在核爆后数小时内通过爆炸中心，今天看来简直是不人道。但也正是因为这三国有过这种铁血的经验，做过进行世界末日决战的准备，任何国家，不要想核讹诈这三家。真的不要想。
