This is real as suggested by President Trump's new post in Twitter that more tarrifs will impose the imported goods from China this comig Friday. Is this good for the States or China? Not either. Such a move shall ultimately stop trading between these two economic giants. 

Who is happy to this happening? What is the consequence or implication for the world economy?

However, Trump's posts suggest that the deal would be achieved on next Friday - a good deal for both the countries. Let's be patient and see.
