上周三在卡塔尔举行的另一次接触会议上塔利班已经向一名德国外交官做出了这样的承诺。据塔利班发言人还指出,"全国各地已经恢复了和平,儿童已经回到学校,媒体也在运作。对塔利班来说,获得部分国际社会的信任是至关重要的。”
据该报道,法国则保证,在满足一些条件之前,巴黎不会承认塔利班政权。在宣布这次接触之前,法国欧洲事务国务秘书克莱门-博纳被问及时回答承认,外交、国际关系中有时需要在 "坏的选择之间做出选择”。
美国拒绝自己或其盟友立即承认塔利班政权。据白宫发言人珍-普萨基(Jen Psaki)在一次新闻发布会上说:"我想非常清楚,美国或我们的国际伙伴并不急于做出任何形式的承认。”
