越南呼吁尊重和平解决国际争端的原则
越通社纽约——10月12日，第76届联大法律委员会就“国内与国际法治”议题举行一般性辩论。越南代表在会上呼吁各国尊重和平解决国际争端的原则。
越通社驻纽约记者报道，近100个成员国和观察员国代表出席会议。越南常驻联合国代表邓廷贵大使呼吁各国尊重和平解决国际争端的原则。邓廷贵指出，国家和国际层面上的法治在维护国际和平、安全、经济社会发展和保障人权方面发挥着重要作用。
关于东海局势，邓廷贵对近期东海局势的复杂多变深表关切。大使表示，最近在东海的行动降低了各国之间的互信，加剧了紧张局势，影响了该地区的和平、安全与稳定。有关各方应遵守国际法，特别是1982年《联合国海洋法公约》（UNCLOS），努力建立信任，避免采取使局势复杂化、加剧海上紧张局势的单方面行动，以符合联合国宪章和包括UNCLOS在内的国际法的和平方式解决东海争端，充分尊重法律和政治程序，在确定海上诉求时遵守UNCLOS的规定。
邓廷贵强调，东盟努力全面落实《东海各方行为宣言》，并尽早完成符合包括UNCLOS在内的国际法的具有效果和效力的“东海行为准则”的谈判。越南正与东盟各国一道，为建设一个和平、稳定、繁荣的东南亚而努力。
法律委员会（第六委员会）是联合国大会六个主要委员会之一，由联合国所有193个成员国的代表组成，其职能是审议法律问题。第六委员会预计将讨论国内和国际法治、国际法委员会报告、联合国国际贸易法委员会报告和消除国际恐怖主义的措施等24个议题。（完）
