卢布贬值 俄央行停止购外汇
(莫斯科25日讯)俄罗斯央行表示,将停止购买强势货币以缓解卢布的压力,卢布已因乌克兰的紧张局势而下跌。根据网站声明,俄罗斯政策制定者正暂停在公开市场上购买外汇,以“减少金融市场波动”。作为俄罗斯财政规则的一部分,中央银行为财政部进行交易,以减少经济曝露在油价波动中的风险。
这次的暂停买汇,是在俄罗斯于乌克兰边境附近增兵的问题上与西方关系日益紧张之际。俄罗斯央行上一次停止买汇是在两年多前,当时冠病刚开始蔓延,全球市场陷入困境。
虽然总统普京一再表示俄罗斯没有入侵的计划,在美国下令驻乌克兰首都大使馆人员的家人离开后,周一俄罗斯本地市场再次走低。
“央行不希望与预算规则相关的定期外汇购买,成为卢布抛售压力的额外来源,”伦敦的InTouch资本市场资深货币策略师彼得马蒂斯表示。“除非投资者看到具体步骤来缓和局势,以及俄罗斯撤出或至少减少在乌克兰边境的部队,否则阻力最小的路径应该仍然是美元兑卢布上行,”他说。
