Positive and productive Anger is not a good reason to make the situation worse. Frustration is not a good reason to be destructive. Sure, it's easy to react negatively to a negative situation. But what does that accomplish? Lashing out in anger will hurt everyone involved, including you. That's not what you want. Instead, take the energy of your frustration, the passion of your anger, and turn it in a positive, productive direction. The most valuable and meaningful accomplishments are those that succeed at turning negative circumstances into positive opportunities. What makes you angry, or frustrated, or discouraged? Whatever it is, don't let your negative emotions create even more negative results. Look past your anger, past your frustration and discouragement, to discover how you can truly make it better. There is always a way. -- Ralph Marston |
