This song is about T.I.'s close friend Philant Johnson who was killed on May 3, 2006, when T.I.'s crew was caught up in a shooting after a show in Cincinnati that left three injured and Johnson killed. He mentions "Who ever thought I'd never see Philant no more" and in the beginning he says "Big Phil this is for you". In the video it also shows Philant's grave stone.
