I'm out at lab right now. but just a quick note.
Lil Frappe has had a name change coz mum insisted on calling him Mogu (ie mushroom) lol.
Picked him up yesterday from the breeders at abt 3pm. already the males are visibly bigger than the females :)
Lil Mogu didn't eat last night, had a quarter of his 'ration' this morning. Didn't really drink, but wee-ed twice in his litter and poo-ed once ^^ (at least no where else!)
He hated the car ride home, starting to kick and try ram his way out of the cardboard carrier box the breeders provided us with, and kept crying, and panting. It was dark and hot in the box so no wonder.
He loved his scratching post, one we got at Jansens, with a small hideout, pole and platform on the top, already broke one feathered birdie and dug a hole in our curtains from trying to climb up. Ran headlong into the glass sliding door (which leads into the laundry where his bowls are) twice while he was running around hyper. lol. in his excitement he didn't realise the door was closed...ouch! he stopped with a confused look on his face then shook his head and kept on running around.
wouldn't sleep in his pet bed, despite its a genuine hot pink playboy one, spent the night both on my bed and under my bed. seems to love the bathroom haha, but has one bad habit of chewing wires/electric cords, so i'm spraying him with water everytime. (trying to scare him with rolled up newspaper doesn't work, as i dont wack him hard enough and he ends up thinking its another game)
already mum loves him(though she refuses to admit it), totally trying to coax him to lie in his petbed...she'd probably tell him a bedtime story if i wasn't there!!! at the moment he looks a lot like a smaller, skinnier version of jingjing, except that his tail is dark blue grey. however his coat will get darker as he gets older. he is a VERY big kitten though, about the size of a small cat already...and still growing!!!
he's a total purring machine, as his breeders say, coz as soon as he is touched he starts purring loudly and only stops when he's not touched. however, unlike wat i used to think cats would b (slender graceful silently gliding about) mogu is like a big bouncing puppy. he literally pounds around the living room, as unlike a cat as you can get. his coat is extremely wooly, and everyone in the house cant help rubbing his tummy everytime hehe
