我的拿手:crab cake
给坛里姐妹贡献方子:
Costco买了crab meat (Phillips crab lump,不错,全是大块的肉)。

找来几个方子,我就根据我的喜好mix up了。
本来不想用mayo,但这是马里兰的crab cake,不能缺mayo _:o
一磅的crab meat,
10-12 片 cracker,
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
4 tablespoons light-mayo
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt (没有也没关系)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
fresh lemon juicy
fresh chopped parsley
多些少些都没关系
Mix ingredients by hand to avoid overworking the crabmeat
做好cake 后,放到冰箱里1小时,这样可以防止crab cake 散架!!!
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, then fry cakes for about 4 minutes each side or until brown crust forms on both sides of the crab cake.
