霍霍,沦为家庭主妇,跟POPO学会一菜------GOULASH最早源于匈牙利,在布拉格吃过一次,感觉还可以,后来才知道英国也挺POP。感觉有点象东北的乱炖
料:
Stewing steak cut into cubes
seasoned flour
veg oil
onions, finely chopped
green pepper, de-seeded and chopped
carrot, peeled and chopped
paprika 超市 都 有的卖小瓶的那种
tomato puree
pinch of grated nutmeg
mixed herbs
salt and freshly ground black pepper
beef stock
can of tomatoes, roughly chopped
red wine(optional)
worcestershire sauce
方法:
toss the meat in seasoned flour. heat the oil in a pan and fry onions, pepper, carrot and celery until soft.
add mean and fry until browned.
add the paprika. tomato puree, nutmeg, mixed herbs, and seasoning and cook for a further 2mins.
add stock, tomatoes, red wine and worcestershire sauce. bring to a simmer.
tranfer all the ingredients into the ceramic pot and place the pot into the slow cooker base. place the lid onto the slow cooker. cook for approximatly 5-7mins.
