I am looking for someone to help with my book-keeping.
I have the following book-keeping needs:
Individual account
$2 Pty Ltd account
Discretionary Trust - business activities
Discretionay Trust - property investment activities.
The administrative/book-keeping/accounting tasks required are:
Update of share registers of Pty Ltd company
Book-keeping of the above 4 accounts up until Trial Balance
Preparation of calculations ready for tax returns
Details:
For year 2008/2009, estimated 2 weeks worth of hours
Documents to be picked up from Mt Waverley or Seaford area
I have my own tax accountant but need someone to do book-keeping and tax calculations in time for my tax requirements
The individual must:
Be reliable and accountable
Attention to details
Be willing to take challenges and ability to work under pressure
Have their own accounting software for the book-keeping tasks
Understanding of options share trading and it's accounting requirements
Understanding of property investment accounting requirements
Understanding of employee share contribution and its accounting requirements
Understanding of share dividends and its accounting requirements
Understanding of trust accounting
Do it from home, part time
Be able to start now
