大部分菜味道相当不错,卖相甚佳,东西方结合的服务的确质量上乘,整体而言对得起这份价格;但感觉算不上真正的日本菜,只能说是日本菜西化的成功版本,饭毕主厨Tetsuya Wakuda和每桌客人交谈数句,言谈举止已日西合璧,正如他的日本菜。
