problem when apply chinese 10yrs visa mc20142016-09-21 03:30:36

i have got chinese visa three times before. but this time when i apply 10 years chinese visa, the toronto chinese embassy ask me to provide my previous obsolete chinese passport and i did. but almost 30 days past, i have not got any information. call toronto chinese visa application center but never had anybody answer the phone. also email them and got no reply. track staus using their website and always say 'no information'. it is not convenient to me to go the center personly because i live in a city 4 hours from toronto.

any one know what happen and what should i do?

30 days is a little too long for visa application.
