电脑打开，出现windows画面，之后就出现一串蓝底白字，如下：

这堆字闪一下，电脑就又重新启动了，然后又是windows画面，然后又是这堆字，就这么循坏。
请问这到底是中毒了？还是怎么了？我主要是有些照片没备份，有什么办法救救那些照片吗?是笔记本电脑。
