Sexuploader 和 Megauploader.com 利用各人的贪念, 藉比赛为名, 骗取上万名中外人士,过千万美元的会员费, 但没有在到期日 2006年8月一日支付会员的奖金. 网上大批人士投诉而不获答覆回应
Sexuploader 和 Megauploader.com 是由香港人用两家有限责任的空卖公司
经营,(分别为Kingdom和Monkey Ltd )他们在香港 没有员工,没有自己的办公室
只是利用一家会计师事务所的办公室作为他们的注册地址, 绝对不是美国公司经营.
