Why not able to start WinDVD 5 after installation? themonkey 文学城

I am stuck in a weird situation...

Have successfully downloaded and installed WinDVD 5.exe.
But when try to launch the program, it never started. Had hour glass for a little while and then all quiet...

Kinda confused... Help please.
