堂兄的winXP中毒，他在dell和MSFT helpdesk的光辉指导下，总算把window打开了。可是cd-rom,u*****,intranet都死了。我重装drivers没效。想重装OS,因没有cd-rom，也卡在哪。

各位高人，俺如何是好？

好像DELL机就这样。用FD启动，装Win98

只要bios没损坏，重装应该没问题吧

Win中不认光驱，不等于CMOS中也不认。试试从光盘启动。
