My computer has a weired problem. If I shut it down for whatever reason and restart, Windows XP will not load. The BIOS load up is normally OK, but the Windows startup screen shows up for a few seconds, then it restarts my computer to load BIOS again. This cycle repeats until I give it up, or until BIOS load up fails too.
I normally have to wait 10 hours at least before I can load Windows XP again. It's as if the computer needs to cool itself down. Even if I wait for 10 hours or more it is still possible that the same problem will occur.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem, it will be greatly appreciated.
