I use windows2000, I have chosen Simplified Chinese in the language setting in REGINAL OPTIONS. But I still can NOT see Chinese charactors in the files name and in the IE's favorites menu listings. I have an old computer also running windows2000. For some reason, it can see Chinese charactors. How can I set up my new computer to do the same?
