IE and MSN stop working centrals2007-02-10 01:56:27

I have the newest versions of internet explorer 7.0 and MSN Live. But neither works. I think I deleted something that I thought was a part of a spyware. I had the problem even before I installed the newest versions of IE and MSN, so reinstalling both will not help. Firefox is working fine though. What should I do?
